Currently working in the Office of the CTO in VMware’s Cloud Platform Business Unit. I work with Product Management and Company Business Leadership to define the strategy and product roadmap of the business unit. I also gather customer feedback on VMware products, and relay this information to Engineering and Product Management. I work to match VMware technology to customer needs, and to the business objectives of the Business Unit. I also evangelize VMware products, giving presentations at various world-wide technology events. I am also an author (Essential vSAN and vSAN 6.7U1 Deep Dive books) and blog extensively about VMware technologies on my personal blog, cormachogan.com.
